Capacity 40 beds in 15 rooms with 2/3/4 beds with own bathroom, TV with SAT, phone, small library. Apartment is large and has view at the dam. Room with elevator and own parking space for disable person. Team building room for 40 persons, with internet connection, projector, beautiful terrace for relaxation.



Summer season – lot of tourist interest places, biking trails for families (it is possible to rent a bike), own sandy beach, fishing, tennis courts, rent of a catamarans, rafts, boats, horse back riding, aqua park in Lipno, picking up of mushrooms.



Winter season – we offer transport for our clients by ski bus to ski slopes in Austria or in Lipno.
